Help With Hoarding
Chronic hoarding disorder is defined as the level where items are being stockpiled and are restricting space, compromising basic functions of the rooms. There is a difficulty discarding items, and strong feelings associated with letting go.
Hoarding behaviour stems from a range of issues some psychological, behavioural, practical, etc. Not everyone who is living amongst an abundance of items would be given the diagnosis of ‘hoarding disorder’.
Hoarding became a recognised disorder in 2013, making it easier for individuals struggling to reach out and ask for help. Let me support and work with you to offer strategies to help transform your living space and keep you organised.
